Description
Henry Justin Allen stands in a room with multiple framed images on the walls. He stands on a rug, cane in hand, and hat on his head. There is a chair and a bureau atop which sits a fan behind him. He does not look at the camera. Mr Allen served as the 21st governor of Kansas from 1919 to 1923. He later represented Kansas in the Senate.
