Description
The jurors for the trial of Arthur C. Burch gathered at Beverly Glen, where the murder took place. Paul Schenck, chief defense counsel holds a corner of a map. Frank Stoddard, a surveyor, points out spots to the jury that are connected to the case. Text from newspaper caption: In the upper picture, Paul W. Schenck, chief defense counsel, is holding the right corner of a map of the glen, while Frank W. Stoddard, a surveyor, points out various spots connected with the case. Judge Reeve is on the extreme right of the picture, while Burch is the man in a gray overcoat, with black collar, directly behind Stoddard.
