Digitization for the AIIS Center for Art & Archaeology Negatives & Slides Collection was sponsored by the Modern Endangered Archives Program with funding from Arcadia. Medallion with floral motif This object was housed in the personal collection of Dr. Jagdish Gupta at the time of photography in 1976. Estimated to be executed in-between 199 - 100 BCE, this seal was recovered from Shahabad, at Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh, India. The object material is terracotta. The dimension of the figure is 9.5 (diameter) cm.
