Description
Los Angeles County Sheriff Frank Cochran (left) stands beside former district attorney Asa Keyes as he boards a train for prison after his conviction of accepting a bribe from the Julian Petroleum Corporation. Cochran was responsible for escorting prisoners to the California State Prison at San Quentin.
