Description
This material was digitized and described as part of the Los Angeles Aqueduct Digital Platform project. The project was generously funded by Lauren Bon and Metabolic Studio in celebration of the Aqueduct’s centennial on November 5, 2013. Part two of a journalist's story about the Owens Valley. The reason for his report, he reveals, is that only a limited amount of water will be allotted to Owens Valley in compensation, mentioning that the tourism industry is not enough to sustain the Owens Valley communities.
