Description
Digitization for the AIIS Center for Art & Archaeology Negatives & Slides Collection was sponsored by the Modern Endangered Archives Program with funding from Arcadia. Punch mark seal with a human face. This object was housed in the personal collection of Dr. Jagdish Gupta at the time of photography in 1994. Estimated to be executed in-between 100 - 299 CE, this seal was recovered from Angaikheda near Shahabad, at Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh. The object material is terracotta.
