Description
Digitization for the AIIS Center for Art & Archaeology Negatives & Slides Collection was sponsored by the Modern Endangered Archives Program with funding from Arcadia. A cylindrical seal with floral design placed with its positive impression depicting the decorated design. This object was housed at the Late Ramlingappa Lamture Government Museum, Ter, Osmanabad, Maharashtra, India at the time of photography in 1975. It was executed during the Satavahana period from 99 BCE - 299 CE .The object material is fired red clay. The dimensions are 4.7 (H) x 2.5 (W) cm.
