Los Angeles County sheriff Frank Cochran (left) stands beside former district attorney Asa Keyes as he boards a train for prison after being convicted of accepting a bribe from the Julian Petroleum Corporation. Cochran was responsible for escorting prisoners to the San Quentin prison.
