San Francisco Seals Catcher Pete Ricci practices throwing the ball with two teammates at Washington Park (which was demolished in 1925). The visible "S" on his shirt indicates that the is wearing a Seals uniform. He played with the Seals in 1923-24 and 1932. Known as Pete Ritchie early in his career, he later changed the spelling of his last name to Ricci. Text from negative sleeve: Ritchie, Pete [Ricci, Pete]. Baseball.
