Description
Undersheriff Eugene Biscailuz (right) is participating in a skit alongside Monte Montague, an actor in the role of a Keystone cop, who seems to be playfully grabbing his neck. Picnic spectators sitting in benches alongside eucalyptus trees watch from behind. This was during the eighth annual Sheriff's Relief Association picnic. Monte Montague was an actor known for his roles in The Radio Detective (1926), A Western Demon (1922) and Clancy of the Mounted (1933).
