Description: Studio portrait of Thelner B. Hoover (UCLA 1930), professional photographer in Los Angeles, Califronia. While at UCLA, Hoover was the official photographer for several UCLA publications and an unofficial chronicler of numerous campus events. He became the manager of the Westwood Village Studio--a photography studio--in 1938.
