Distant aerial view of campus and Westwood Hills looking east from a Lockheed Vega airplane. Photographed prior to the opening of campus, only five structures were present: Royce Hall, the Library (College Library, subsequently Powell Library), the Chemistry Building (Haines Hall), the Physics-Biology Building (Kinsey Hall, and subsequently the Humanities Building), and the Bridge.
