Handwritten on drawing: Smock & pants / size - medium / Nat. [natural] l inen/cotton yarn / yoke fib jersey stitch / cap sleeve & yoke as "Maureen" top shape - yoke 9 1/2" from side of neck / #509 / Drumsna stitch 16 1/2 length from yoke flared out considerably (no use giving you a measure on this as widenings will have to come out naturally / "PAT" pants, rib jersey, inseam 32" / #510 / Bonnie Cashin design / April 19/73
