Additional card text: Seidlitine. Seidlitz Powders are put up in elegant wooden boxes; are pure, portable, convenient, and as pleasant as Lemonade. They are held in high esteem for Heartburn, Sea-sickness, Headache, Sour Stomach, Costiveness, etc. Useful in every household, and on board of every vessel, especially in warm weather, and travelers should never be without them... Thermaline is a certain remedy for Chills and Fever, and all Malarial diseases, for which it has never yet failed. It is also a sure cure and preventive for Liver Complaint, Dyspepsia, General Debility, Rheumatism, Neuralgia, Sick Headache, Colds, etc. It builds up, restores and strengthens the whole system. Thermaline is prepared from Calisaya Bark and the Fever Tree of Australia in the form of Capsulets, resembling sugar-coated small flat beans; easily swallowed, even by children. It is now generally used instead of Quinine.
