Description
Front of card shows a horse and buggy accident. Two people are thrown from the buggy and people on the street are rushing to help. The man in the forefront of the image is one thrown from the buggy and a woman is taking his identification card out of his jacket pocket. The center pages of brochure is the identification card that the union member fills out. The back of the card is an advertisement for the union. Everybody should carry a card about their person, giving their name and address, and stating whom they desire to have notified in case of any serious accident...Knowing how easy it is to forget the sizes of one's wearing apparel, and how annoying to have to guess or be measured every time Hosiery, Underwear, Gloves, etc., etc., are required, and desiring to make this card valuable for future reference, the following list is compiled...
