Front of card depicts a blacksmith in a workshop hammering a red anchor. A girl stands next to him presenting a glass filled with tonic on a tray labeled "Ferrola." A wall hanging reads, "Schafft Eisen Euch ins Blut, Dr. Bock." The illustration advertises Richter's Anchor Ferrola, a treatment for anemia-related fatigue. The text on the back of the card advertises both Ferrola and Anchor Pain Expeller.
