Front of card depicts children and a man which are standing near the wall with poster on it. Poster advertisement says:”Use the old reliable Boschee's German Syrup for coughs & lung diseases. August Flower cures the worst case of Dyspepsia.” The man point out with the pipe in his hand on the poster.
