Description
Bed and Board--Volunteers make sandwiches for occupants of Tent City II, designed to provide holiday shelter for hundreds of homeless near the Los Angeles City Hall. Men sat on steps to eat their lunch and also erected small tents to sleep in. A large main tent, donated by local firm, contains 150 cots.
