The man closest to the camera is Officer Oscar Bayer. The man furthest from the camera, nearly standing straight up, holds a revolver. The car's license plate reads "E17652." The car is parked in a lot with two billboards stationed. The billboard on the left reads "More Room - More Comfort More Value," advertising Dodge Brothers Motor Cars.
