FOR TOMORROW'S TRAFFIC -- Just west of Sunset Blvd. and Figueroa St. intersection this amazing maze for future freeway traffic has been completed. Four levels of clover-leaf construction will speed cars on Arroyo Seco, Harbor, Hollywood and Santa Ana freeways. Building started July 1, 1947, under bid of $1,296,595.40.
