MEANWHILE, BACK AT THE RANCH--The cancellation of Bonanza was so abrupt that costars Michael Landon, left, and Lorne Greene won't be featured in final episode. "If we had known this was coming," says Greene, "we would have gone out with a bang and not a whimper." Bonanza lasted 13 1/2 years.
