Typed note attached to negative reiterates newspaper article published on given date. Note states [abbreviated] "PROPAGANDA FOR AIRPORT. First steps toward a city wide drive to obtain a municipal airport for Beverly Hills were taken recently when an official sign of the city was dedicated atop the municipal waterworks.... Photo shows the huge letters atop the Beverly Hills waterworks which will guide aviators. (LA FM 14) 10/30/28"
