Text from newspaper caption: Mud and muck washed down from denuded mountains back of Burbank were left on San Fernando Blvd. in the heard of Burbank. The water had scarcely run off, however, when tractors and scrapers went to work at Olive Street and San Fernando cleaning the streets.
