RESERVED LANE--As an experiment, a southbound San Diego Freeway is being [sic] without waiting while others cars, using a lane on the metered Lakewood Blvd. on-ramp to the reserved for car pool drivers. They can enter freeway second lane, must wait for a metered signal to enter.
