Description
DRESSING UP THE CLASS--Stella H. Bogan, 24 stand among group of males as she takes the oath at opening of a "unisex" training program at the Police Academy. Two other women, Patricia Berry, 29, and Kizzie Mixon, also are in the 75-member class. The unisex program is a pioneering concept in which male and female officers train together under the same conditions for same jobs.
