SOMETHING NEW FOR THE HOUSE--Rep. Yvonne Brathwaite Burke, the first member of Congress to have a baby while in office, leaves Queen of Angels hospital with 6-day-old Autumn Roxann. Rep. Burke said she will stay in Los Angeles until start of the second session of Congress, then take the baby with her to Washington. Congressman is wife of businessman William Burke.
