Description
CREATING--Youngsters in the Crenshaw-Wilshire district express themselves with paint brushes at St. Elmo's village at 4830 St. Elmo Drive, where a row of old garages was turned into a workshop for the neighborhood youths. The village is a result of a $15,000 federal grant intended to get youths off the streets and into creative situations.
