LAUNCH SAFETY DRIVE -- Members of North Hollywood Lions Club demonstrate with placards calling for safer driving in San Fernando valley. Figures show the area accounted for more than 20% of city's 1947 auto deaths. Men in wheel chairs are victims of recent accidents. Children of members joined in the picketing.
