Description
Dubbed the "Dust Bowl Hilton", this campground was set up by the city of Los Angeles and the Salvation Army in an attempt to provide shelter and services for the homeless. Camp lasted for 103 days. Janice Estes of Fullerton examines 2-year-old boy with sores at "Dust Bowl Hilton" while his mother and sister look on.
