A Plug for the Bicentennial James Green, 5, (left), Eric Clemmons, 5, and Donielle Rochelle, 2, (kneeling) are members of a preschool painting crew from the Lillian Murphy School in Los Angeles that is turning the seven fire hydrants on Vernon between Western Ave. and Arlington Ave. red, white and blue as a Bicentennial project.
