TO SEPARATE PRISONS--William and Emily Harris, manacled and under heavy guard, are taken to a sheriff's bus outside Hall of Justice jail where they spent the last 11 months. They were driven to prisons a few miles apart, in Chino and Frontera, to begin serving terms of 11 years to life for kidnaping [sic], robbery and auto theft. But their stays in the prisons will be short. On Sept. 22, they will be arraigned in Berkeley on 19 counts in the kidnaping [sic} of Patricia Hearst
