MONUMENTAL--Distinctive view looking toward Los Angeles City Hall from the new intersection of Hollywood-Santa Monica freeways and Arroyo Seco-Harbor freeway near Sunset Blvd. and Figueroa St. The intersection has four levels, including ramps. It may be in use by Christmastime when part of Hollywood freeway opens.
