Description: FLYING HIGH--Tai Babilonia of Mission Hills and Randy Gardner of Los Angeles won their second straight national senior pairs title last week at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships at Cincinnati. Here, they pose in front of the L.A. Dept. of Water and Power Building at 1st and Grand. Vicki Heasley of West Covina and Robert Wagenhoffer of Fontana finished in second place.
