Description: TAKING SHAPE-Another 1960 achievement was the shaping up of Marina del Rey Small Boat Harbor. This photo by Times photographer from Hughes 269A helicopter gives over-all impression of project on which $18.5 million has been spent since 1956. Marina is scheduled for official opening Sept. 2.
