Description
SOLIDARITY--An estimated 8,000 persons took part in a "Dance for Freedom" on Fairfax Ave. to show solidarity and compassion for Jews and other minorities in Soviet Union and to protest their denial of basic human rights. Among those attending the event, which was sponsored by the Jewish Federation-Council of Greater Los Angeles, was councilman Zev Yaroslavsky, bottom center.
