OFF THE FARM--Farmers from Imperial Valley rally 60 tractors at Federal Building in West Los Angeles to protest the proposed 160-acre limitation on farm holdings. They later paraded to Century City, where President Carter spoke to $1,000-a-plate dinner at Century Plaza Hotel.
