SLAYING SCENE--At left is general view of grounds at home of Samuel Rummel, 44-year-old attorney and underworld mouthpiece, killed yesterday by a blast from a shotgun. Rummel's body was found slumped on a short stone stairway leading from his driveway to the gardens fronting his home.
