Description
GAIETY OF MEXICO-Little Norma Lopez, 4, dances gayly at the City Hall rotunda as a mariachi band serenades the city to open Good Neighbor Week. The serenade is a gesture in advance of the all-out observance in Los Angeles which will be climaxed by the visit of President Johnson and President Adolfo Lopez-Mateos of Mexico to Southern California. Mayor Samuel W. Yorty and Horace Brewer of the Downtown Business Men's Assn. thanked the mariachis.
