SHOW BUSINESS-Desilu Productions has more TV programs in the works and more of its stages in use than ever, President Lucille Ball told stockholders at their annual meeting here Tuesday. Oscar Katz, right, who joined Desilu as executive VP in April after 26 years with the CBS network, said the company has 22 programs in various stages of development, including five with networks.
