A RIG-GED PENNANT-Angel manager Bill Rigney, flanked by Disneyland characters, Pluto and Mickey Mouse, is presented a "pennant" at groundbreaking ceremonies for new stadium in Anaheim Monday. Angels will play in $16 million stadium starting in '66.
