BASKET WORK-A display of wastebackets at 1st and Main Sts. Is shown by city employees Sharon Enders, left, Pat Regan and Art Fried, on ladder. The occasion was a City Hall ceremony opening city's observance of National Public Works Week. Mayor Yorty and other city officials took part in event.
