MEXICANS GAY -- Los Angeles Mexicans yesterday celebrated their country's Independence Day with gay festivities in many parts of the city. Shown here is a group accompanying Helia Cassanova, Mexican songbird, who performed at observance on the steps of the City Hall. The celebration will be continued today.
