ANSWER: Surely you recognized the statue, in studied stride, of Beethoven that stands in Pershing Square. The statue faces the intersection of 5th and Olive Sts., being out in this new position after having been stored during the excavation for the parking garage beneath the park KNOW YOUR CITY, NO.4 -- For years he was for the birds. But he went away for a while. And when he came back he was looking the other way. And, if he could, he'd probably make a note of that. Just for fun, who is he? And where is he?
