ANSWER:Right away, of course, you knew the structure in the photo is the new Health Department Building on E 1st St., between Main and Los Angeles Sts. This is the north side of it--as seen by the controversial statue in front of the new Police Building. KNOW YOUR CITY, NO. 10--It's a shame such a handsome building has to harbor as much ill feeling. So modern! And what a target for a kid with a sling-shot! It's really easy. But, just for fun, what and where is it? The answer will be found on Page 3, Part 2.
