Description
ANSWER: The blocklike buildings in the photo constitute the main cluster at the Veterans Neuropsychiatric Hospital at Sepulveda. Here, war-weary minds are treated; and incidentally, functions of the hospital were detailed in a recent feature series in The Times. The hospital is located in the San Fernando Valley on Lassen St., just west of Sepulveda Blvd. KNOW YOUR CITY, NO.128 -- This one is going to puzzle a lot of people. It isn't a fortress. It isn't UCLA. It isn't even Disneyland. And now that you know what it isn't, you may use your best judgment as to what it IS. It's a pretty fair bet you'll miss it. Just to check up see the answer on Page 12, Part 1A.
