PARK HONORS MISSIONARY-Culver City Mayor pro tem William Botts pauses beside sign erected by city after changing name of Victory Park to Dr. Paul Carlson Memorial Park. The park is dedicated to the memory of the American medical missionary who was killed in Congo in November at height of civil strife.
