SHADE OF THE OAKS-Rancho Sombra de Robles may become a historical monument if favorable action is forthcoming from Cultural Heritage Board. It was home of the late W. W. Orcutt, early oil magnate and discover of the La Brea Tar Pits' prehistoric fossils. The Board will visit rancho Jan. 16.
