FREEWAY LINK-Bill Lloyd, information director at California State College at Los Angeles, looks from campus over part of 1.3-mile section of Long Beach Freeway to be opened today following dedication by Supervisor Ernest E. Debs and Edward T. Telford of State Highway Division. The 2.8 million extension to Valley Blvd. improves conditions at Long Beach-San Bernardino Freeway interchange above.
