START OF RIGHTS MARCH-Civil rights marchers leave Pershing Square at 5th and Hill at the start of a massive downtown rally that brought out 6,000 demonstrators. U.S. Atty. Manuel Real accused the rally leaders of "bad faith" because they did not follow a pre-arranged parade route.
