Description
SCIENCE ON A BIG SCALE-Dr. William F. Fitzgerald, director of the California Museum of Science and Industry in Exposition Park, shows a giant slide rule to Roberta Uno, 9, one of about 500 children enrolling in the museum's summer science courses Tuesday. By the end of the summer, about 2,000 children from first through 12th grades will have participated in the program.
